| A hate group attacks and kills a young man who worked for Councilwoman Sonia Zamora. Their victims, mostly illegal aliens, are all marked with a white hand. The group decides to escalate their violence to the next level, but when one of the young men is unable to kill his inteded target, Joe and Levon get their first solid lead.
The leader of the group kills the young man because he did not kill his target and to keep him from telling the police anything. But Joe and Levon are closing in, so the group tries to eliminate them which only leads to the death of one and the arrest of another.
The young leader decides to kill the councilwoman, however, Joe and Levon are watching for him and he dies in his attempt.
