An American athlete, Elroy Browne, and his fiancee, Princess Arara, arrive in Hong Kong heavily guarded.
Browne is there to offer his endorsement of the proposed Afro-Asian Olympics, which may create an international incident.  There is a minor story line involving the bellboy, Mickey, who calls himself "Double O 7"
